Course Rules & Policies
Please review our terms and conditions to help keep the course safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone.
Your enjoyment is our priority. To consistently provide a great experience for all, we need all golfers to do their part in helping us to achieve that goal. The sections below describe the golfers’ responsibilities to ensure that the course runs smoothly, and everyone stays happy and safe.
Golf is an outdoor recreational activity that carries inherent risks which are assumed by each participant. By playing on the course, golfers acknowledge and accept the possibility of injury or property damage resulting from factors such as errant golf balls, uneven terrain, natural obstacles, changing weather conditions, and the actions of other players. These risks are a normal and expected part of the game, and each golfer is responsible for exercising caution, maintaining awareness of their surroundings, and ensuring their own safety while on the premises.
- You must have a valid credit card to reserve a tee time. This applies to online, mobile app, and phone reservations.
- Reservations are allowed within our normal booking window: 14 days in advance for public, and 15 days in advance for Farm Card holders.
- We do not offer 9-hole rates. If you wish to only play 9-holes, you are encouraged to book a tee time late in the afternoon when the green fee rates reduce to their lowest point for the day. These rates are equivalent to a 9-hole or Twilight rate.
- 24-Hour Rule: if you need to modify your tee time in any way, you must do so at least 24 hours before you play. This includes reducing player count and/or cancelling your tee time.
- Failure to follow the 24-Hour Rule will result in your credit card being charged full rate for each player on the reservation.
- We provide ample opportunity for golfers to modify or cancel their reservation. It can be done online, on the mobile app, or by calling the golf shop.
- Please check in at the Golf Shop at least 15 minutes before your tee time.
- Each player must possess a set of golf clubs. Rental clubs are available if needed.
- We allow a maximum of 4 players per group (i.e. a 4-some). This rule is strictly enforced.
- Groups with less than 4 players can expect to be paired together (i.e. two 2-somes paired together).
- Pace of play is a priority: keep up with the group in front of you and remain in position and on time while playing your round.
- Follow all directions from course staff, which may include asking your group to speed up if you fall behind the pace.
- “Golf appropriate” attire is required. Short-shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, midriffs, swimwear, and bike attire are not allowed.
- Metal spikes and inappropriate shoes are not permitted.
- We reserve the right to pair you with other players when course conditions and capacity require it.
- Personal coolers, containing non-alcoholic beverages, are permitted. All coolers are subject to inspection.
- Pets are not allowed on the golf course.
- Range balls and range bags must remain on the practice facility at all times. Failure to comply will result in suspension of practice facility use.
- All players play at their own risk and are responsible for any golf ball or property damage they may cause.
- Liquor license law prohibits bringing alcoholic beverages onto the premises without purchasing them through our facilities. Only alcohol which is purchased at our facility may be consumed on the premises.

- No more than two people and two golf bags are allowed on the cart at any time.
- While the cart is in operation, all occupants must remain seated.
- No one is permitted to sit on the back or stand on the bumper. All occupants must remain inside the cart and hold on when in motion.
- Keep all bodily parts inside the golf cart when in motion.
- Do not allow anyone under 18 or anyone unfamiliar with safe operation to drive the cart.
- You must drive responsibly and only in designated areas of the golf course.

The course reserves the right to terminate your use of the cart, without refund, if you fail to follow these instructions. You are responsible for any damage to the cart and to property while the cart is in your possession, and you agree to pay for damages caused by your use of the golf cart. You represent that you are familiar with the safe operation of the cart, and you assume all risks. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the golf course and its employees, owners, and shareholders harmless from any damage or claims that may arise from your use of the cart.
