Jumbo seared scallops wrapped in duck bacon on a bed of sautéed spinach and corn medley with balsamic glaze.

Soup or Salad

Choice of Valley blended mixed greens salad and your choice of dressing OR house made Tomato Bisque soup.

Choice of Entrée

Filet Mignon – Topped with a Cabernet & mushroom Demi reduction, with roasted fingerling potatoes & sautéed asparagus.

Halibut Oscar – Pan seared halibut filet topped with crab meat, asparagus & Béarnaise sauce served with herb risotto.

Roasted Prime Rib – Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed asparagus with a side of creamy horseradish & au jus.

Stuffed Chicken Breast – Filled with roasted red bell pepper & asparagus, topped with a white wine cream sauce, served with herb risotto.
