Four-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner

February 14th from 4:30 to 9pm

Appetizer for TWO

Jumbo seared scallops on a bed of fresh Arugula with a tarragon butter sauce.

Soup or Salad

Choice of Valley blended mixed greens with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots and your choice of dressing OR a cup of our house made Tomato Bisque soup both will be accompanied by warm bread.

Choice of Entrée

6oz Filet Mignon – Topped with a Cabernet and mushroom Demi reduction. Served with roasted Fingerling potatoes and fresh asparagus.

Halibut Oscar – Pan seared halibut filet topped with crab meat, asparagus and Béarnaise sauce and served with creamy tarragon sun dried tomato risotto.

Roasted Prime Rib – Served with roasted Fingerling potatoes, fresh asparagus with a side of creamy horseradish and au jus.

Vegetarian Pasta Primavera – Marinated and grilled seasonal vegetables served over a bed of linguine pasta and tossed in a garlic and white wine sauce accompanied by garlic bread.

Choice of Dessert

NY Style Cheesecake – Topped with fresh berries and drizzled with a mixed berry slurry.

Flourless Chocolate Torte – Gluten free topped with a mixed berry slurry and fresh raspberries.

After nearly 30 years of performing, I started to find my own voice and style. That is really just a synthesis of everything that I’ve listened to and loved.  I plan to continue to record and perform for as long as humanly possible. I have been fortunate to perform in many of the clubs here in Portland and enjoy the heck out of that!
