Seared scallops with a tarragon butter sauce.

Soup or Salad

Choice of Valley Blend Mixed Greens with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots and your choice of dressing. Or a cup of our house-made Tomato Bisque soup.

Choice of Entrée

6oz Filet Mignon – Topped with a Cabernet and mushroom Demi reduction.  Served with roasted rosemary red potatoes and fresh asparagus.

Halibut Oscar – Pan seared halibut filet topped with crab meat, asparagus and Bearnaise sauce and served with almond rice pilaf.

Roasted Prime Rib – Served with roasted rosemary red potatoes, fresh asparagus and creamy horseradish.

Portabello Mushroom Pasta – Marinated and grilled Portabella mushrooms served over a bed of linguine with vegetables and tossed in a cilantro-lime cream sauce.

Choice of Dessert

NY Style Cheesecake – Topped with fresh berries and drizzled with a mixed berry slurry.

Flourless Chocolate Torte – Gluten free with fresh raspberries.
